1. Using this website

This website presents Alfinet, its services, projects and integration capabilities. The responsible company is ALFINET LTDA, CNPJ 22.919.846/0001-62, based in Uberlândia, MG, Brazil.

Browsing, interacting with a demonstration or submitting a request does not purchase a service, create an account or authorize access to systems.

2. Our services

Alfinet develops custom online stores, migrates stores to Shopify and works on integrations, performance and operational improvements. Elos Link, developed by Alfinet, connects authorized systems to AI execution. The actual scope is defined for each project.

3. Access and action approval

Each operation’s configuration defines connected systems, rules, permissions and context. Queries and reports may run automatically within those limits.

In Elos Link, actions that affect the business, such as theme changes, campaign budgets and electronic invoice transmission, require explicit approval. Approvals record the author, date, time and channel. Theme changes pass through a preview environment.

4. Third-party systems and applications

Connections depend on providers’ APIs, plans, permissions and availability. Brands cited as integrations indicate technical possibilities and do not, by themselves, imply commercial partnerships or universal availability.

Subscriptions to platforms, AI applications, ERP and other third-party services are independent unless expressly included in the proposal.

5. Custom engagement

Each project is quoted following a consultation. The proposal and agreement define scope, integrations, stages, fees, timelines, payments, cancellation, availability and responsibilities. This website does not offer generic packages or collect payments.

6. Demonstrations and indicators

The AI console and workflows shown on this website are illustrative demonstrations. They do not query or modify real systems.

Company figures and case results are provided by Alfinet. Results relate to their respective contexts and do not guarantee future outcomes for other operations.

Elos Link totals include clients, internal operations and tests, as stated in the note accompanying the indicators.
